IT'S a case of slowly but surely with the injury at the moment and I've got to admit it's pretty frustrating.
Everyone has said that I'll come back fitter and stronger. I haven't missed that many games in the last 18 months, two years. I've played a lot of games and I suppose this is the first injury break I've had. It might mean I come back feeling better for it - I'll take any positives!
I just hope I can get back to where I was because my form hasn't been as good as I want it to be.

WE didn't play that well at Leicester on Sunday but dug in there and managed to nick two goals at the end. With the players up front we've got we're capable of doing that and it was a great strike from OJ Mabizela.
He is a quiet lad and it must be difficult for him. This is another world for him and it must be unbelievable to come here and try to settle down. We were in South Africa and saw what it's like and this is a totally different style of football as well.
It will take him time to adapt but I'm sure his goal will be a great boost.
WE'RE back at White Hart Lane against Middlesbrough on Sunday and we have to get back to winning our home games. We've had a couple of defeats at home which was very disappointing but we want to carry on where we left off in our last home game against Everton.
IT'S BORING and so frustrating being injured for this long. I can't play, can't play golf, can't do anything really. You end up doing nothing and it makes you realise what you are missing. I've never really had injuries and I can't want to get back.
OBVIOUSLY I'm still best mates with Matty Etherington and he's really enjoying it at West Ham. He just wanted to play every week. He's done well and I'm sure he'll be a danger on Wednesday night. It will be a good battle between him and Carry, worth watching.
All the best,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Simon
