Adam Smith has joined Championship side Derby County on a season-long loan.
The England Under-21 international spent last season on loan at Millwall, where he made 28 appearances, having previously enjoyed loan spells at Leeds, MK Dons, Bournemouth, Torquay and Wycombe.
