Dean Richards has been clocking up the hours at Spurs Lodge in a bid to top up his fitness before facing Chelsea.
The big defender's fitness was put to the test by three games in a week having missed all of pre-season with Achilles trouble.
Thankfully, those problems seem to be behind him and his afternoon shifts at the training ground have been all about hit fitness levels.
"I'm feeling good but fitness-wise I'm a little short," explained Dean. "I've been training in the afternoon as often as I can to catch up.
"That's coming on well and will hopefully have improved further by the time we play again."
