Michael Dawson tells the latest issue of hotspur that he ends up on the wrong end of his fair share of dressing room banter!
The defender takes to the hotseat for June's instalment of the popular Onside With... Q&A, that gets to grips with the lesser-known facts about our players.
And when ‘Daws' was asked what his most embarrassing moment is, he recalls a memory from early on in his White Hart Lane career that has set the tone for his likeable persona ever since!
"I've had quite a few," he admits. "The lads seem to think it's funny to play tricks on me. I take it in good heart though - perhaps that's why they do it!
"I remember one when we played Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup soon after I arrived at Spurs from there.
"The lads were having a meeting in the AV room at the training ground and decided to have a laugh and see if they could get me to do the team talk. So someone fetched me.
"At that point I'd not trained or played with the lads [due to injury] and they were all in there. They had the Forest team on the whiteboard in front of them, so I began.
"But after a couple of seconds they all started cheering! They've hammered me ever since!"
‘Daws' also reveals his views on life, his personal tastes in music and TV programmes, and what he loves most about Spurs.
