The Club can announce that Sean Davis, Pedro Mendes and Noe Pamarot have completed their transfers to Portsmouth.

Midfielder Sean, 26, made 16 appearances for us last season after being signed from Fulham but a knee injury kept him out of action between November 2004 and February 2005. He has appeared once this term as a substitute.

Pedro joined us for the start of 2004-05 from FC Porto. The Portuguese midfielder, 26, played 30 times last season and scored the now infamous ‘goal’ from the half-way line at Old Trafford. He has made six appearances this time around.

Noe, also 26, was signed from Nice in August 2004. He made 29 appearances last season and scored twice, including heading the winner at Everton. He suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury in April 2005 but recovered to play twice this term, returning against Birmingham on Boxing Day.

We should like to thank all three and wish them the very best for the future.
