FA PREMIER ACADEMY LEAGUE
Spurs U19s 1-0 Southampton
David Galbraith struck late to take the points against Southampton and keep the Under-19s second in Group A.
Only 10 minutes remained when the midfielder closed down his opposing right-back, took the ball away and drilled an unstoppable shot into the corner.
Boss Pat Holland reflected: "It was a bit of a frustrating game. We had good possession but we never really created any clear-cut chances.
"We changed it around in the second half, brought John Sutton on, pushed Lee Barnard into midfield and we then got the break late on.
"We deserved the result but I would have liked to have seen more creativity."
Wimbledon are next for Pat's lads on Saturday in what could be the calm before the storm - they face Arsenal and Walsall in the FA Youth Cup in the next couple of weeks.
