David Button is confident there is enough belief within the England Under-19 camp to see them get their European Championship campaign back on track tomorrow.

The Young Lions take on Italy in their second Group B game hoping to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat against hosts Czech Republic in Monday's opener.

Goalkeeper David, along with fellow Spur Danny Rose, played 90 minutes of that match and is determined to put the disappointment behind him.

He said: "We were disappointed after Monday's game but we've just got to put it behind us and focus on the Italy game because that's become a massive game that we must win.

"The Czech Republic game was a good learning curve for everyone, and although it would have been nice to get a better result, we can't dwell on it and we've got to make sure we win our next two games now.

"Everyone in the squad is getting on really well, and although we were disappointed after Monday, everyone's picked each other up and morale is high."

Overall, our Reserve team goalkeeper believes he is gaining valuable experience from competing in a highly regarded international tournament.

David added: "Any international experience you get will only help you further down the line, not just in international football but also for Spurs as well if I'm ever involved in European competition for the Club."
