Chairman Daniel Levy made the announcement in a letter to the Trust who are unhappy that there is currently no system of refunds for unused cup tie credits.
Said Daniel Levy: "Having listened to the feedback from supporters, I do understand that this is a very emotive issue.
"As such I am prepared to open discussions on this matter with a view to finding a sensible solution.
"These discussions will also coincide with a review of the entire season ticket package, which will look at all aspects including discounts and loyalty schemes.
"As the current package is already in place, any revisions will apply to the 2004-05 season.
"However, we will be looking for opportunities throughout the coming season to reward season ticket holders for their loyalty.”
THST chairman Daniel Wynne welcomed the initiative.
He said: "We wanted the whole situation of cup tie credits addressed and we’re delighted that the club is committed to entering into discussions on the matter.
"We’re now looking forward to taking the issue to a satisfactory conclusion."
The club will meet with the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Trust for discussions that will include the subject of season ticket cup vouchers for 2004-2005.
