We received 7,390 applications from One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members for this match and there were 5,031 tickets available. Tickets were issued randomly throughout the stadium using the maximum price submitted by members in their application.
All One Hotspur members will receive an email from us advising them if their application has been successful or not, however members are also able to view the status of their application by clicking here and logging in to their account. Once logged in, please select the Crystal Palace fixture and you will be able to see if you have been successful with your ballot application and which price point has been allocated.
Successful members are advised that the tickets for this match will be loaded onto the new stadium access cards which you will receive before the start of the season.
If you are successful with your application and can no longer able to attend please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Client Reference Number(s) by 5pm on Wednesday, July 27, so we are able to cancel the match ticket (booking fees are non-refundable) and offer it to a One Hotspur member who was unsuccessful in the original ballot.
Applications for the ballot for the Liverpool home match will open to One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members at 10am on Tuesday, July 26, and close at 5pm on Friday, July 29.
