Pat Holland picked out a few positives in what he admitted was ultimately a frustrating 3-3 draw against Bristol City for our Academy team at the weekend.
The Under-18s led 2-0 and 3-2 with an own goal, Kieran McKenna and Andy Barcham on target but had to settle for a point with City equalising four minutes from time.
"It was frustrating in terms of every time we looked like we were in control we went to sleep at the back and let them back into it," reflected coach Pat.
"In terms of the positives, Jack Maghoma did well again, Joe Martin came on and Andy Barcham scored again, I think that was his ninth for the season and he's doing well. So there were a couple of plusses in it but ultimately a disappointing game."
