Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is delighted to be supporting the Haringey Week of Peace, a week-long celebration of the rich diversity of our young people and to encourage collaboration and unity among all in our community.

The annual week includes a number of creative high profile events, initiatives and activities including the biggest hand holding exercise ever witnessed in North London, a walk of peace, street theatre and school fairs all organised to promote greater community cohesion, safety and peace across the borough.

Celebrated in Haringey every year since 2001, the events have attracted thousands of local people from diverse backgrounds to a range of activities such as school peace assemblies, sports events, faith and community based action.

The Week of Peace will take place in Haringey from the 13th - 21st of September 2008. If you would like more information about the events taking place in Haringey, please visit www.weekofpeace.org.uk
