Clive Allen has two wishes this weekend - one we beat Arsenal on Sunday, two that he could play himself!
Legendary Lane striker Clive - famed for his 49 goals in 1986-87 - is back at the club as reserve team coach.
He wishes he could turn the clock back a few years and pull the white jersey on again.
He said: "I always remember the games being very tight encounters, very fast and furious, classic derby matches.
"You always understood the magnitude of the games for not just yourself as a player but the fans as well.
"That will always be the case regardless of where the teams are in the league. I always enjoyed it. I loved the extra edge of the games and I can't see a footballer who wouldn't want to play in them. I just wish I could play now!
"I'm sure that will be the same on Sunday. I think it will be a close game, I hope it is and I would love to see us come through and win because, without doubt, that would be just what we need for the end of our season."
