What a performance!

All eyes were firmly focused on him again but Harry Kane was quick to shine the spotlight on the team after our fantastic 4-1 against City.

Our 31-goal talisman last season, Harry opened his Premier League account for this term as we hit back from a goal down in spectacular style at the Lane.

Eric Dier scored a vital equaliser just before the break and the team rode the wave of optimism in the stadium in the second half with goals from Toby Alderweireld, Harry and Erik Lamela taking us to a win to remember.

"What a performance as a team, incredible," said Harry.  "Everyone was focused on what they had to do and we put in a real statement of a performance out there.

"Eric Dier scored a very important goal on the stroke of half-time, and what a goal that was. We said at half-time let’s go out and bring a lot of energy and bring the momentum (of that goal) with us.

"We got the early goal and took it from there. We never looked like conceding after that, the defence was great, everyone put in a shift in.

"City were top of the league (at start of play) and we showed we’re capable of. We’ve got a young team, a very energetic team and we’re excited, we’re enjoying every moment and days like today will give us even more confidence."

The fans raised the roof and Harry was quick to sing their praises.

"When we get going in our stadium and the fans get behind us not many teams can stop us and you saw that today," he added.

"Even when we were 1-0 down, the fans were right behind us and when Eric Dier scored the fans were electric. We saw it a couple of times last season and hopefully we can do it again soon."
