Christian Ziege struggled to suppress a satisfied smile when reminded of his derby special against Arsenal on Sunday.
Christian's cracker was perhaps the most memorable moment of a sizzling encounter that we were desperately unlucky not to emerge with three points from. It was a special moment for the fans and the German admits it was just as special for him.
"It definitely was. Especially to score against Arsenal. If you see the crowd, they were definitely up for the game - I just loved it," he beamed, before explaining his celebration technique.
"To be honest, I didn't really know what to do. I just started running around."
So was it his best ever goal?
"It could be - I can't remember the others..." he laughed, as he was being reminded that it was his second goal, from a set piece, in two games.
"It is good. It would be nice if a pattern is forming and I can do it next week, the following week and so on. I don't think it will happen, but it is good for the confidence scoring from free-kicks."
It is not the first time that Christian has come up trumps in a derby, he recalls that he enjoyed some success for Bayern against 1860 Munich.
"In Munich I was lucky enough to score twice in the derby. They were a good goals, but nothing like the one against Arsenal."
