Steven Caulker has been named November’s Young Player of the Month for the npower Football League.
The young defender, who only turns 19 next week, is on a season's loan at Bristol City in the Championship. Spurs team-mate Danny Rose is also on loan at Ashton Gate.
Steven has been in outstanding form to help the Robins climb away from the relegation zone with three wins and three clean sheets in the last month.
On receiving the award, he said: “I'm pleased to achieve this award and I'll look to progress in future months.
"We're on a good run as a team and we'll look to continue it. I'm gaining experience with every game and the boys here and at Yeovil last season have helped me improve."
An England Under-19 international, Steven came through our Academy system and made his first-team debut for us against Arsenal in the Carling Cup in September.
He made his mark in the Football League last season with 46 appearances for Yeovil Town in League One.
Bristol City manager Keith Millen added: "We've been on a good run and Steven's been a massive part of that.
“He's a young lad who's learning the game very quickly. Each game that goes by he's improving and learning. He's taken it all in his stride."
