Carolina, 18, from Tottenham, who works in the Spurs Megastore on matchdays, is one of five young people who have made up Team Rickshaw and have been powering the vehicle for more than 450 miles across England on a ‘Salford to Walford’ voyage.
They started their journey at the BBC’s Media City on Friday 7 November and will finish live tomorrow night (Friday) during the BBC Children in Need Appeal on the iconic Eastenders set.
Battling the winter weather, Team Rickshaw have tackled some challenging UK landmarks on their journey so far including the UK’s highest village located in the Peak District.
Organised by The One Show, the Rickshaw Challenge is now in its fourth year and has already raised over £5million for the charity.
Carolina has been selected for the challenge following her involvement with the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice in Barnet, a project funded by BBC Children in Need.
Speaking of the challenge, Carolina said: “It was a huge surprise to be picked for the Rickshaw Challenge, but I’m so happy to be part of the team.
"BBC Children in Need is a brilliant charity that’s helped me so much through the funding to Noah’s Ark; I’m really happy to be in the position to give something back. As a Londonder myself I’m hoping that we’ll have a lot of support, especially when we arrive back in town in Albert Square!"
Carolina is hoping for support from her fellow fans, so please tune in to BBC 1 from 7pm tomorrow.

BBC Children in Need supports over 2,600 projects for disadvantaged children and has raised over £740 million for children and young people across the UK to date.
