As expected, demand for tickets has been immense and, as such, some supporters may have experienced delays in their bookings being processed.
We should like to apologise to any supporters inconvenienced by this issue.
This has been due to overloading on our online servers, partly influenced by some supporters attempting to access the system via multiple devices, all of which fed into the same queue.
Our booking systems have been operating at maximum capacity since sales opened and have been carefully monitored and frequently optimised to ensure a constant flow of ticket applications can be processed.
One Hotspur Season Ticket holders are reminded that the sales window for tickets extends to Friday, February 6, at 5.00pm. As previously stated, due to the size of our ticket allocation, we will be able to accommodate purchase requests from ALL One Hotspur Season Ticket holders.
