Calum Davenport and Thimothee Atouba are added to the squad that travels to Aston Villa for tonight's Premiership clash at Villa Park, kick-off 8pm.
Davenport is likely to be in the frame for a place in the 16 due to a foot injury that is hampering Anthony Gardner, while Atouba is now recovered from the knee ligament damage sustained at Portsmouth on October 18. Davenport was last week recalled from his loan stint at West Ham where he featured ten times following his transfer from Coventry City in August.
"We will be without Anthony Gardner, who is not fit, but after that it is pretty much the same squad," reported Martin Jol on Sunday.
"Thimothee Atouba is back in in the group to travel, while Erik Edman is now 100 per cent fit so we won't have any problems on the left. Calum comes into the squad too."
The other injury absentees are Sean Davis, Goran Bunjevcevic and Dean Richards.
Head Coach Martin added that the squad have enjoyed the benefit of three clear days of training after the international break.
"They all didn't come back until Friday. We had a talk about the Arsenal game, a bit late, but you always have to do that and talk about errors and things you have to put straight. We have had three good days training.
"We need results now but for me we have to improve our football and our defensive play. If we improve on this, our attacking play is better and we just have to cut the errors out."
