We first met in Premier League action at the Lane on December 20 and Burnley impressed that day as we came out with a 2-1 victory thanks to Erik Lamela’s fine winner.
Last week’s FA Cup third round tie didn’t have the same action as the league match but was no less competitive. We looked good for victory at Turf Moor after taking the lead in the second half through Nacer Chadli but were hauled back by Sam Vokes’ equaliser.
Now we replay at the Lane with the winners set to play Leicester City at home in the fourth round.
We’re still competing on all four fronts - Premier League, FA Cup, Capital One Cup and Europa League - and Mauricio wants to keep it that way.
“We want to do well in every competition because they are all important to us,” he said.
“From our previous two contests against Burnley this season, we know we will face another tough fixture.
“They are a very difficult team to play against, they’ve had some very good performances in the last few games and this isn’t an easy match.
"We are still in the FA Cup and we’ll fight to go into the next round."
