Back-to-back wins against Everton and Aston Villa have put us right back in the European frame, just three points off Champions League qualifying in fourth.
Pressed at Villa as to whether he believed we could make the UEFA Cup or Champions League, Glenn responded: "Anywhere in Europe will do us.
"But there are cups to be sorted out and you can't sit in the middle of January and decide where you want to go.
"No team is good enough to do that, not even Arsenal will tell you that at the moment and they are running away with it.
"This is a significant result for us as the next performance against Newcastle will be.
"The fact is, come April, we will need to be in a similar position, hopefully a little better.
"There is a lot of jostling and a lot of points to be won and lost. If we can go on a run now though there is no reason why we can't qualify for Europe."
Glenn Hoddle has reiterated that nothing will be sorted out in the Premiership until the business end of the season in April.
