Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Pat Holland feels our Academy has a bright future after the performances of six schoolboys in the friendly win against Reading at the weekend.

Our Under-18 coach was impressed with his first views of centre-back Archibald Troy and midfielder Matthew Wells in the 3-2 victory.

Fellow schoolboys David Button, Alex Smith, Jamie Davis and Joe Martin also played as we went 3-0 up via Jamie O'Hara, Jamie Davis and Charlie Daniels before Reading hit back late to make it 3-2.

"It was a very good exercise," reflected Pat. "All the schoolboys did well and it's the first time I've seen Matthew Wells, he keeps the ball well and the centre-half Archibald Troy, he did well.

"All round it was very pleasing and if you are looking to the future and next season there is certainly quality there to work with. That's a good sign."
