Clive Allen is looking for a typically positive response from his reserve squad after defeat last time out against Chelsea in tonight's cracker against Arsenal at Barnet.

The ability to bounce back has been a character of Clive's squad in the last 18 months - one of the traits that took them to the title last season and a run of just one defeat between November 2005 and January 2007.

Now they need to show it again against our old rivals at Underhill Stadium, kick-off 7pm.

"One of the big things this squad has always had is the ability to react to a result or performance that hasn't quite been what we've been looking for," said development coach Clive.

"We've spoken about the Chelsea defeat and everyone was disappointed but this group has always been very resilient.

"They've worked hard this week, they were very bright on Sunday in our final training session before the game and hopefully we'll bounce back."
