Asked about where the recovery process begins, the boss reasoned that it started immediately after the game and that some good must come from the pain of defeat.
"I think it started straight after in that dressing room," explained Glenn. "The players are hurt and sometimes when you're hurting you have to make sure it gives you a determination to put things right.
"That is when you show your character. We needed to show that better in the first half when things weren't going so well, but we've got to learn from it and be positive.
"We need to get the three points against West Brom to get ourselves back into a confident mood for when we come back here against Manchester United."
