The settling in process for the Republic of Ireland star will be eased by the fact that he is already close to a few of our players and Glenn states that the 22-year-old will realise his potential by sticking around in N17.
Robbie has already had spells at Wolves, Coventry, Inter Milan and Leeds.
"He's 22 and nowhere near his peak," said Glenn. If that pattern had continued you'd never see him at his peak.
"I think Robbie is going to enjoy playing and living down here, he already knows Dean Richards from his Wolves days, he knows Jamie Redknapp very well and Doc from Ireland, so he knows people here.
"He's been in the dressing room to meet everyone else and he is a lovely bubbly character.
"I think he's infectious with his character and I think he loves the game. I spoke to Dean Richards quite a bit about him and he said he is a good lad to have around."
Glenn is expecting big things of new boy Robbie Keane and describes the striker's approach to the game as 'infectious'.
