There were fears the midfielder's season could be over after suffering the injury during Sunday's win over Newcastle at the Lane. He will miss out against Liverpool on Saturday followed by a two-match suspension and Martin Jol hopes he will be available for the final games.
"It is good news on Michael Brown," reported the Head Coach. "It is not as bad as we thought and it is a very small hairline fracture. He is suspended for two games after Liverpool and we hope he will be back for our last two or three games."
