Harry Kane was left to reflect on what he felt was our best performance of the season after toppling Arsenal on Saturday – even with the 5-3 win against Chelsea still fresh in the memory.

The striker scored twice to turn a game we’d dominated around in our favour and deservedly land three vital points in the Premier League.

Mesut Ozil scored against the run of play in the first half before Harry struck on 55 and 86 minutes to send the Lane into raptures.

“Everyone knows how much this game means, not just for me but for everyone involved at the club,” said the in-form striker.

“It was probably the best we’ve played all season, even when we went 1-0 down, we knew we had to keep playing, keep doing what we do best.

“We created a lot of chances in the first half and we said at half-time to keep doing what we were doing, keep the high press and we’d score.

“To score twice and to get that late winner was incredible.”

Harry is now on 22 goals for the season - 12 in the Premier League, 10 in cup competition - and it was clear just what it meant to him.

“It’s up there with my best feelings ever, the fans were incredible the whole game, the atmosphere was probably the best I’ve ever heard it and to be able to repay them with three points in the North London derby is a moment everyone will remember.”
