Martin Jol said: "I always say it - I think we have the best supporters in the country and we are trusting them to uphold our great reputation.
"They are always behind us, backing us, singing, even when we were behind at United on Saturday it was the same story.
"Hopefully we can make them proud in Prague and they can make us proud as well.
"All of Europe will focus on us, so lets make everyone talk positively about Spurs. Weve been out to watch Slavia and Prague is a wonderful city, so enjoy it."
Safety officer Sue Tilling added a formal reminder: "All the usual regulations apply with regards to what items may be brought into the ground and all Spurs supporters will be subject to a search prior to entry.
"Slavia Prague will allow Spurs fans to enter with banners (provided they do not carry any offensive wording) and flags (without poles). For the added safety of our fans, there will be several Tottenham Hotspur stewards and officials at the game.
"The Club would like to remind fans travelling to the game that as a Tottenham Hotspur supporter you are an ambassador for the Club. We ask that your behaviour reflect that at all times."
