Benoit Assou-Ekotto insists confidence is high as we prepare to face Arsenal at the Lane after our fantastic win at the Emirates back in November.

We trailed 2-0 at half-time that day only for goals from Gareth Bale, Rafa van der Vaart and Younes Kaboul to complete a memorable comeback and 3-2 victory.

Now the teams meet again on Wednesday night and the latest north London derby again has huge significance in the Premier League.

Victory will take us level on points with Manchester City in fourth place with six matches remaining. The Gunners, meanwhile, need the points to stay in the title hunt.

“It will be a massive game and when you see what we did at Arsenal, we know we can do the same at home,” said Benoit.

“We will have our supporters behind us and we believe we can beat any team at White Hart Lane.”

Benoit added that he loves the derby ‘it’s a hard game with contact and tension’ before insisting that we can repeat last season’s form of the run-in and make it into the top four again – and with it, qualify for the Champions League.

“Yes, we can do it,” he said. “City lost against Liverpool last time and teams will have problems at this time of the season. Anything is possible."
