Back together again...

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

The lads were back together at Spurs Lodge for the first time since October 1 on Thursday.

International call-ups accounted for a number of the senior squad after the win against Villa.

Indeed, with a few lads also injured, there were only four senior outfield players training at the start of last week!

Sam Erith, our Head of Sport Science, Fitness and Conditioning, explained that the players were first put through an extended warm-up incorporating a series of stretches to aid recovery following flights and international matches.

It was then business as usual, with matches played across the width of the pitch, short-sided matches and a shooting routine.

We've another seven exclusive pictures from training available if you click the headline at the top of the page and then just follow the arrows...
