Saturday's derby defeat made it three defeats in our last four Premiership games and Glenn has immediately turned his attentions to Sunday's televised clash against Leeds - the latest return of Terry Venables to the Lane.
"The first thing we said in that dressing room was that the curve has got to stop here," said Glenn. "We've got to turn it up again, start winning again and getting points on the board quickly.
"Sometimes you have a bit of a patch and we've got to work through it."
Glenn was full of praise for the performances of Dean Richards and Ledley King at Highbury although he was not as praiseworthy in how we conceded the three goals - citing that we need to defend better as a team.
"We could have done better with all three goals," he reflected. "The first goal, we've had a throw and the ball's landed in their area and they've ended up at the other end, a terrific goal from Henry, but poor defending.
"The second was poor and we could have averted the third as well.
"We've got to do some work on that and work hard at it.
"Ledley came back and did smashing for us and Dean Richards was a goliath out there. He was concussed at half-time and it was debatable if he could carry on, but he did and was magnificent for us. It's as a team we've got to defend better and that has to start next week."
Glenn Hoddle insists we have to get back on track straight away in the Premiership.
