Darren Bent feels he's back on the goal trail again after a dip in form that he admits 'came from nowhere'.
Everything looked rosy for the England striker earlier in the season when he hit a purple patch of eight goals in seven matches.
However, he'd gone through a spell of almost two months - including five matches missed through injury - without scoring when he came off the bench to grab two in as many minutes to drag us back into Saturday's game at Bolton. Unfortunately, it came to nothing as we lost 3-2 at the Reebok.
"I had a dip of form before the Bolton game but I'm back now," stated ‘Benty' at Spurs Lodge this week. "It came from nowhere and that can happen.
"At times you feel like everything you hit will go in and it was the same in training before that, everything was going in but in the last few weeks it changed and it felt like I was missing chance after chance.
"Sometimes it happens but I'm a confident guy and I'll stay positive. I know if I get into the positions I'll score the goals."
