Ledley King is keen to quickly match last season's tally of five wins on our travels when we visit Fulham on Tuesday evening.

Away form has been a positive aspect the season so far and the team have only tasted defeat at Bolton, West Brom and, more recently, Liverpool - the fourth lowest total in the top flight.

"I think we have improved in most aspects from last season and that is what you want," reasoned the skipper. "The sooner we pick up the next win the better and Fulham is the next opportunity.

"They are strong and we haven't had the best record there over the years and it will be another tough one.

"They lost to West Ham in their last game and will be looking to bounce back, but we need the points as well.

"Both teams will be going for it and it will be a good game.

"It was one of our most disappointing games last season and we want to forget about that. This season I think we are a lot stronger and hopefully that will show."

Of course, the outcome at Craven Cottage will quickly have a bearing on the maintaining of fourth place in the standings, a factor that clearly fires the England international.

"It is going to be tight, the teams below us are picking up points, with Arsenal four points behind with a game in hand. When we play Arsenal it is going to be a massive game if it stays like it is.

"It is exciting times."
