Bolton midfielder Fabrice suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch at White Hart Lane during our FA Cup tie on March 17.
A spokesman for Barts Health NHS Trust said in a joint-statement on Bolton's official website: "Barts Health can confirm that Fabrice Muamba has now been discharged following several weeks of treatment."
Fabrice said: "I am naturally very pleased to be discharged from hospital and would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to every single member of staff at The London Chest Hospital who have played a part in my care.
"Their dedication, professionalism and expertise is simply amazing and I will forever be in their debt. I also wish to say thank you to all the many well-wishers who have sent thousands of messages of support.
"Now I am out of hospital, I am looking forward to continuing my recovery and spending precious time with my family."
We have worked with Bolton on a number of initiatives to raise awareness and funds for those charities and organisations whose work helped Fabrice.
Luka Modric’s shirt raised the highest total in the auction with the winning bid a magnificent £1,950.
All funds raised will be distributed between The London Chest Hospital, the London Ambulance Service along with the British Heart Foundation, Pan Africa Heart Foundation and C.R.Y. -Cardiac Risk in the Young.
Thanks to everyone who joined the auction and all winning bidders for your support.
