Spurs in Spain

Tuesday marked the final three-session day at our Spanish training camp with the friendly against Hercules CF looming.

With the temperature soaring - well into the 30s on Tuesday - the lads began the day at 8.15am local time with a sprinting routine at the golf course. This included two sets of six-successive sprints of 150 metres.

From there it was to the beach for further sprinting work in the sand before lunch and the evening's football session, a tactical session as Juande Ramos prepares to face Hercules in Alicante on Thursday night.
