The September issue of hotspur, out now, features a stunning display of colour photographs from behind-the-scenes at the Club during our glory days of the 1960s.
Gerry Cranham, a photographer for the Sunday Times Magazine, was granted exclusive access to Bill Nicholson's side, which included Spurs greats like Jimmy Greaves and Cliff Jones.
Many of the pictures showcased in hotspur come from an away trip to Manchester United, the intimate environment of the dressing room, and a day at the Club's training ground in 1964.

Quite unusually for sports photography of the day, Gerry shot in colour, giving his work added historic value as so little work from this era exists in colour.
Gerry later became one of the few sports photographers to shoot the 1966 World Cup Final in colour, and was responsible for the legendary image of Alf Ramsey seated on the bench at the full time as all around him celebrated.

His series of photographs with Spurs were first published on November 29, 1964. Now hotspur revisits the images and talks to Gerry Cranham about a few of his memories of that fascinating time.
