The deadline for membership renewals of One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Members has been extended to Tuesday, July 7.
We have been experiencing a technical issue with a number of online transactions caused by the 'Verified by Visa' software on our eticketing website.
With this in mind and to give our supporters the best possible opportunity of renewing their membership in order to maintain their place on the Season Ticket waiting list and/or keep their loyalty points, we have taken the decision to extend the deadline by a week.
If you have renewed online since June 15 and are in any way concerned that your renewal may have been affected, you can check your membership status online at 'My Account' on our e-ticketing website - CLICK HERE...
We will be sending an email today (Tuesday, June 30) to those Members that have yet to renew as a further reminder of this deadline extension.
You can renew your One Hotspur Bronze or Lilywhite Membership online - CLICK HERE - or over the phone by calling 0844 844 0102.
We would also like to take this opportunity to advise supporters that due to a system upgrade, we will not be able to take any bookings either online or over the phone between 3.00pm on Wednesday, July 1 through to 9.30am on Thursday, July 2.
