Juande Ramos is confident that our pre-season programme has left us in perfect shape to begin our 2008/09 Barclays Premier League campaign against Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The lads put the finishing touches to their preparations at Spurs Lodge on Friday afternoon (pictured below) and are now set for a trip to the Riverside.

The Head Coach is delighted with the work his side have put into training over the summer months, as well as the results we have picked up in our friendlies.
But now Juande knows the serious business is about to start and all that matters from now on are the points.
He said: "Pre-season was a long, hard process of just shy of 50 days' preparation, so I think we're arriving at the first game of the season in excellent condition.
"We've had a reasonably good series of results, and I think we're going to the Riverside full of confidence.
"The league is totally different kettle of fish because you're playing against sides battling for the points just like yourselves and teams go into these matches in a much more serious manner.
"But I would like to think that we're ready not just for Boro, but any team that we come across in the coming weeks.
"Boro are at home so they will be looking for the three points for their supporters, but we will be trying to grab the points for ourselves and keep our fans just as happy as they have been recently with our performances and goals."
