Harry Kane has described the moment he headed home his dream goal – the winner in the North London derby.

The home-grown striker had already scored his first senior derby goal when he pounced on the loose ball after David Ospina had touched away Mousa Dembele’s flick from Erik Lamela’s corner to make it 1-1 and cancel out Mesut Ozil’s opener.

Then, with less than five minutes remaining, Harry delivered the knockout blow with the classic centre-forward’s header, hanging in the air to power Nabil Bentaleb’s cross back across Ospina and home.

It sent Harry, his team-mates and fans into delirium inside the Lane as we secured a vital derby victory - and Harry made it 22 goals for the season.

“Nabil put in a great ball, hung it up there for me to attack and I managed to get up and time it well,” reflected Harry.

“As it left my head I saw it arrowing to the far corner and it was a magical feeling.

“I timed it well, got a good contact, I saw the ball bending into the far post and I was away to celebrate. Words can’t really describe it if I’m honest.”

And here's how the fans celebrated!
