The left-sided player initially joined the club just ahead of the August transfer deadline and is now entering his fourth month as a Spurs player, having featured in 13 games for the first team.
Meanwhile, the loan of promising midfielder Mark Yeates to Brighton has also been extended by a month. The 19-year-old, who featured in the first team squad towards the end of last season, has so far played five games for Albion in which they have won two and drawn one of those fixtures.
Stephen Kelly and Johnnie Jackson are also currently out on loan at Watford and Coventry respectively and David Pleat is happy with the progress made by the loan boys and the experience they are gaining.
"We are happy to extend the loan of Mark Yeates and will possibly do the same with Kelly and Jackson, but we will have an instant recall clause.
"They have all done well out on loan and are picking up some valuable experience."
Paul Konchesky's loan spell from Charlton Athletic has been extended by a further month.
