The striker went on the rampage down the right-hand side in the opening minutes and set-up both goals as we raced into a 2-0 lead with just six minutes on the clock.
He went on to claim an assist in all four goals as we led 4-0 at half-time and then scored the goal his performance deserved in the second half to complete a memorable afternoon at the Lane.
It was another positive day as we stretched our sequence to just two defeats in 23 games in the Premier League.
