Pat Holland has told his Academy players a simple lesson in football - cut out the mistakes if you want to progress.
Coach Pat was less than pleased with the goals the lads conceded in the 3-0 FA Premier Academy League defeat at Watford at the weekend.
That said, he was happy enough with the performance overall.
"Normally I'm fairly critical of them but I couldn't be after that performance because it could have been a different story," said Pat.
"Certain individuals need to look at themselves and get their games right.
"That's what progression is all about. It's the boys who make the least mistakes like Ledley King who eventually make it through, the ones who I say you can trust.
"We made that point after the game. We didn't hurt them, we just said that if they want to be players at this level you have to be players that people can trust with and without the ball."
