Q. As a member am I guaranteed a ticket for every match?
A. Membership does not guarantee tickets, but members receive a ten-day priority period to buy tickets for all home league matches.
Q. Can a member bring a guest?
A. YES! New for this season 'Guest Tickets'! We have designated a day where you may purchase a guest ticket prior to tickets going on general sale for your family or friends. One member can purchase one guest ticket for all home league matches subject to availability.
Q. Can Members apply for tickets together?
A. Yes, provided the member who is booking the tickets has the correct details for each member - up to a maximum of six.
Q. Can I lend my membership to anyone?
A. No, Club Membership and JSM are not transferable.
Q. As a member how soon can I purchase home match tickets?
A. Once you are in receipt of your membership package, subject to on-sale dates.
Q. Can I apply by telephone?
A. If you've been a previous member and your details are on our system you may apply over the telephone 020 8365 5145 between 10am-5pm Monday - Friday. Alternatively post your application to Members Club, Bill Nicholson Way, 748 High Road, Tottenham, London N17 0AP.
Can I apply in person?
A. Yes, at the Members Club, Paxton Road, Tottenham, N17. Please provide proof of I.D.
Can I hand collect my membership.
A. Yes, provided payment has cleared and you have ticked the 'Hand Collection' box on the form. Hand collection service commences from 1 st June 2004 .
