Pat Holland saw the 2-0 scoreline as a fair reflection of Saturday's encounter against Birmingham City.

Stuart Lewis (pictured) opened the scoring in the first half with Radwan Hamed capping his display by first winning and then converting a penalty to complete the scoring. Both players went on to play for the reserves at Charlton on Monday alongside Chris Riley, Leigh Mills and Claude Seanla.

Coach Pat takes up the story. "We had a good spell for the first 30 minutes and I felt we got into some good areas around the box but we didn't punish them apart from the one goal from Stuart Lewis.

"That was a fine goal though - good work from Jacques Maghoma, he picked out Stuart, he struck it well and although the keeper got a hand to it it went in at the far post.

I FELT WE GOT A LITTLE SLOPPY AFTER THAT FOR A SPELL, OVERDID IT ON THE BALL BUT THEY DIDN’T REALLY CAUSE US ANY PROBLEMS

"Having said that, I thought it was a decent first half performance and the second half didn't really match up to that.

"We changed it around a little in the second half - Troy hadn't played for a couple of months so he came off and that gave Greg Lake a chance and Cian Hughton came on for Chris Riley.

"We swapped Simon Dawkins and Radwan Hamed around and Radwan got into the wide positions and did well. He won a penalty that he got up and stuck away and 2-0 was a fair reflection."

Spurs U18s: Button, Riley (Hughton, 65), Martin, Wells, Mills, Archibald-Heville (Lake, 60), Dawkins, Lewis, Hamed, Maghoma, Seanla (Heller, 75). Unused subs: Forecast, Smith.
