Spurs U18s 2-2 Norwich City

Pat Holland has seen a bit of everything from his Under-18s at the start of this season - the latest was a show of character to come from 2-0 behind against the Canaries.

Goals from Claude Seanla (pictured left) and Andy Barcham (pictured above) secured the point after the lads conceded early goals.

Coach Pat takes up the story: "It was a poor start, very disappointing. We were never in contention for the first 25 minutes, couldn't get our game together and I thought Norwich dominated the midfield.

"We went 1-0 down, a break down the right side and the boy came in late and finished with his left foot.

"We were very disappointed with the second goal, a free-kick on the edge of the box that we were never set up for properly, they took it early and we were 2-0 down.

"To be honest, at that point, I thought it was going to be one of those days.

"We scored about 10 minutes before half-time. Danny Stevens got into the game a bit more, began to cause them a few problems and from one of his passes we got the ball into Claude and he took his goal well, back to goal, spun and stuck it away.

"We changed the system at half-time and moved Danny up to play off the front man and after that I felt we had enjoyed good spells of play.

"We scored a good equaliser, excellent work by Tommy Welch in the area to beat his man, flicked it back and Andy Barcham was at the far post to knock it in.

"That was with about 20 minutes to go and we had two great chances after that to finish it off but unfortunately we didn't take them. Full credit to them, it was a young-ish side and they kept going."
