Jon Obika (pictured) converted Ryan Mason's cross to hand Alex Inglethorpe's team the lead in the first half but after enjoying the lion's share of possession and creating more chances, they were caught five minutes from time by a goal on the break.
However, the draw means the lads will finish second in their division in the FA Premier Academy League as Leicester City, who would have leapfrogged them with a win, also drew at Chelsea on Saturday. Aston Villa were clear winners of the division and only the divisional winners progress to end of season play-offs.
Saturday's draw also meant the lads ended the campaign with just one defeat in 17 matches including a run of 10 successive wins between December 1-March 16.
Spurs U18s: Jansson, Smith, Hutchins, Kasim, Mtandari, C Butcher, Fraser-Allen (Townsend, 60), Cox (Parrett, 60), Obika, Mason, Hutton. Unused subs: Olsen, L Butcher, Clare.
Our Under-18s were hit by a late equaliser as they drew their final league game of the season 1-1 at Watford on Saturday.
