Here are a few facts and figures on our UEFA Cup Round of 32 opponents Slavia Prague...

- Slavia Prague were infrequent participants in UEFA club competition during the existence of Czechoslovakia, but since the formation of the Czech Republic they have not failed to qualify to participate in UEFA club competition. This season marks their 15th consecutive appearance.

- Slavia's best performance in Europe came during the 1995/96 UEFA Cup when they advanced to the semi-finals only to lose 2-0 on aggregate against Bordeaux.

- We met in the first round of the UEFA Cup last season and 1-0 victories in both legs secured a safe passage into the group stages of the competition.

- Jermaine Jenas scored the goal in Prague while Robbie Keane struck at the Lane.

- Juande Ramos has already faced Slavia Prague this season, guiding his former club Sevilla to a 4-2 win in the Champions League.
