It all started with a trip on a ferry from Hong Kong's Central Pier to Kowloon and back accompanied by members of our official Hong Kong Supporters Club.

Toby Alderweireld, Dele Alli, Luke Amos, Eric Dier, Pau Lopez, GK Nkoudou, Moussa Sissoko, Kazaiah Sterling, Kieran Trippier, Jan Vertonghen and Victor Wanyama chatted to the HK Spurs members, signed autographs and posed for photographs on the ferry.
Eric Dier took photos of another vessel crossing the water and told us: "We've a fantastic fanbase in Asia and it was great to spend time with the Hong Kong Spurs members, chatting away about all things Spurs. Hong Kong is such a fantastic place and we all want to take as much of it in as possible."

As that group crossed Victoria Harbour, Christian Eriksen, Vincent Janssen, Filip Lesniak, Will Miller and Michel Vorm travelled to Kellett School, the British International School based in Hong Kong, for a coaching session with our Global Coaching team. Fifty boys and girls joined the session, which included a Q&A session.
After that, two more events. First up, half the squad took the short trip to Central Pier for a session of Tai Chi with Master Chow. Tai Chi is a martial art practised for both defense training and health benefits. The same group were then given a demonstration of the footballing kind from Hong Kong’s Football Freestyle champion Lyson.
While that was going on, Eric, Dele and Toby travelled from Central Pier to AIA Central for another challenge - this time of the food variety.
Split into two teams - naturally Eric and Dele against Hugo and Toby - the quartet squared up to each other for a 'Masterchef' style shoot-out cooking traditional Chinese and Hong Kong food, under the watchful eye of AIA Creative Chef Ivan Lau.
Below: Safe to say Toby's not too impressed with Dele and Eric's presentation!
First up, Chef Lau showed the players how to make spring rolls and dumplings, and for round one, he judged the teams' presentation.
Next up, the players' food creation were cooked and served up for the taste test, spring rolls followed by soup and dumplings.
There were three points up for grabs - Chef Lau gave the first to Eric and Dele for presentation, the second to Hugo and Toby for the spring roll taste test and that meant it was all up for grabs as the freshly-served soup and dumplings arrived at the table.
