    At the beginning of each new Season the One Hotspur Members who are at the top of the Season Ticket Waiting List will be invited to apply for a Season Ticket.

    The number of Season Tickets available are capped to allow access to Bronze and Lilywhite Members along with general admissions (subject to availability). If you would like to be placed on the Season Ticket Waiting List you need to be a One Hotspur Bronze Member and details can be found here.

    • NEW STADIUM DEVELOPMENT - POSITION OF SEASON TICKET

      Recently, the Club announced works to the North East corner of the stadium, which will enable future works of the new Stadium. This means that we have had to relocate some of our One Hotspur Season Ticket Members to alternative seats elsewhere in the ground. Around 1800 Season Ticket holders will be affected by this and all these fans have been contacted. The areas of the stadium that are affected by this are all seats within Blocks 24, 56, A and B and some seats in Blocks 23, 55 and C. No Season Ticket holder will be required to pay more for their relocated seat than the price paid for their current seat and any concessions that are applicable will remain in place. All those Season Ticket Holders that are impacted by this work have been contacted and these people are now able to see the exact location of their new seat by logging in to e-tickets using your Client Reference Number and password. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we would thank all of our Members for their patience and understanding during this process.
       
      1a. If the North East Corner works does not affect me can I still move the position of my Season Ticket Seat next season?
      No, given the need to relocate this section of our fans, current Season Ticket holders in all other areas of the stadium are advised that we shall not, unfortunately, be able to accept any applications for seat relocations to alternative areas of the stadium during this year’s renewals period. The impact of any works that might be undertaken in the North East corner would result in a reduction in seats for games next season of approximately 4,000 in total when general admission and corporate seats are included.

      1b. I have been affected by the North East Corner works and I am unhappy with my new seat. What can I do?
      If you are not satisfied with your new seat you may submit a request to relocate to an alternate position however; you must first renew your Season Ticket before your request can be considered. All requests must be received in writing to ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com where you shall receive an acknowledgement that your request has been received by a member of the team. The Ticket Office will then consider all requests to relocate following the Season Ticket renewal deadline on Monday 13th, June at 5pm. Please note that, due to our limited stadium capacity, it is with regret that we are unable to guarantee that your request to move to your desired location will be successful. Priority must be given to those Season ticket holders who need to relocate for medical reasons (documentation required on application).

       

    • MEMBERSHIP TYPES

      2. How can I upgrade to a One Hotspur Platinum Season Ticket?
      Due to the huge demand for Away Season Ticket’s and the recent announcement of the Away ticket pricing cap, the Club has taken the decision to not accept any new Platinum Season Ticket Members for the 2016/2017 season. We apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.

      3. How can I upgrade to a One Hotspur Gold Season Ticket?

      You may upgrade to One Hotspur Gold at any time during the Season, however, once the season has commenced no extra Loyalty Points will be awarded for doing so, with exception of those earned from the cup ties attended. Simply sign up for the Home Cup Tie Ticket Guarantee Scheme when you renew.

      If you choose to upgrade to this membership tier, you will be awarded with 35 Loyalty Points.

      4. How can I upgrade to a One Hotspur Silver Season Ticket?
      Upgrading from One Hotspur Bronze to One Hotspur Silver membership is by invitation only. Once the renewal deadline has passed for One Hotspur Silver Members, One Hotspur Bronze Members at the top of the Season Ticket Waiting List will be offered the chance to upgrade to One Hotspur Silver membership - subject to availability.
       
      5. Can I upgrade to Hospitality?
      Yes, but please note that there is limited availability for the 2016/2017 Season. Simply contact our friendly hospitality team and they'll explain all the options available so you can decide if you would like to take the next step to become a One Hotspur Executive Member. Simply complete our contact form or call them directly on 0208 365 5010. Please quote your Client Reference Number and state that you are interested in opportunities to upgrade.

       

    • LOYALTY POINTS

      6. How does the Loyalty Points System work?
      The loyalty point system ensures those supporters that continue to regularly attend matches are recognised when we come to allocate tickets for the most popular matches away from White Hart Lane.

      The points total held by One Hotspur Season Ticket, Bronze and Lilywhite Members will consist of the points gained in the previous four full seasons, as well as the current campaign. For example, for the start of the 2016/2017 Season the points gained for continuous membership will be totalled for the following seasons:

      2012/2013
      2013/2014
      2014/2015
      2015/2016

      In addition, this total will be added to any points gained during the 2016/2017 Season.

      At the end of next season, then any points from the 2012/2013 Season will fall away to be replaced by points gained during the 2016/2017 season and also through the forthcoming 2017/2018 Season.

      By having this ‘rolling’ system we are looking to show recognition to those supporters that have continued to maintain the most active match attendance records over a number of years. At the same time this alteration will ensure that supporters who gained a large number of loyalty points a number of years ago but are no longer able to attend matches as frequently do not maintain an unfair advantage in terms of access to tickets to the most attractive matches.

      As a result of these alterations, supporters who were One Hotspur Season Ticket, Bronze and Lilywhite Members prior to 2012/2013 will see their loyalty point totals drop. However, this will be the same for everyone, and new totals will reflect the continued active support over the last four full seasons.

      As an aide to supporters wishing to apply for away matches, and to assess the potential for their access to tickets, we also publish a Loyalty Point Table on the Club website. There are separate tables for One Hotspur Season Ticket, Bronze and Lilywhite Members and will show how many supporters there are in different loyalty point brackets.

      It is hoped that this level of information and transparency allows supporters to be fully informed prior to making applications for away matches.

       

    • UPDATE YOUR DETAILS

      7. How do I change my personal/contact details?
      It is really important that we have all your correct contact information, particularly if you are in the Cup-Tie Ticket Guarantee Scheme to ensure your payment details are up-to-date and still valid.

      You can manage your account online through e-tickets. Simply log in using your Client Reference Number and password. On the right panel click 'MY ACCOUNT' then click 'UPDATE DETAILS'. Alternatively, if are experiencing issues when logging in online, please email the Ticket Office directly from the email address registered to the membership account at ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com.
