    Partnerships Executive

    Tottenham Hotspur has an impressive and growing family of high profile Commercial Partners, which are greatly valued by the Club for their support and significant investment. In return, the primary role of the Partnerships Team is to ensure the maximum delivery of value and business benefits to the Club’s Partners through the successful activation of partner rights.

    We are searching for a Partnerships Executive to administer the day-to-day delivery of partner contractual rights and provide support to the rest of the Partner Services Team by building excellent relationships with relevant partners. In addition, the role will involve working with partners to develop activation plans that support and integrate with their overall brand and marketing objectives.

    The successful candidate’s focus will be on the Club’s training partners including the Global Principal Partner, Nike, and all training based partners and suppliers.

    All applicants should be prepared to work a number of matchdays per season, which may involve working irregular hours (e.g. evenings, weekends and/or Bank Holidays).

    To administer the day-to-day delivery of partner contractual rights.

    To account manage selected partner accounts, ensuring they are receiving best in class service and value in kind.

    To build and maintain excellent relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.



    • Support the Partner Services Team in the development of partnership activation plans that support and integrate with the overall brand and marketing objectives of each specific partner.
    • Manage accounts for specific Club suppliers (e.g. Club Nutritional Suppliers).
    • Implement and ensure effective delivery of standard partner contractual rights, to include marketing inventory and campaigns.
    • Organise the yearly gift of kit requirements with key partners, including overall tracking and processing of product and order requirements.
    • Allocate all product requests for seasonal gift of kit uniform needs, across all Club departments.
    • Track and coordinate the use of value in kind across partners and suppliers, and yearly royalty and sales reports, ensuring the Club is delivering a high level of service to partners.
    • Support activation plans for partners using their contracted assets to deliver tangible results on their brands and businesses.

    • Demonstrable experience in a customer service/sports marketing/communications environment at a sports apparel company, rights holder, partner or agency
    • Utmost proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
    • Excellent account and project management skills
    • Proven strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of a ERP system (e.g. SAP, Priam) a plus
    • A passion for sport and entertainment
