  • Hospitality Executive Assistant

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, organised and driven candidate to join the Club as a departmental assistant with additional project management duties.  Reporting into the Director of Hospitality and providing administrative assistance to the Hospitality department in general, the successful candidate will be responsible for the pro-active management of the Director of Hospitality’s diary, inbox and affairs, all department travel arrangements, compiling PowerPoint presentations, project research, and occasional match-day duties such as greeting and ushering guests and prospects.

    To provide comprehensive assistance to the Director of Hospitality through proactive diary and email management and effective administration.

    To support the activities of the Hospitality department by delivering  sound administrative support. 


    • Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Hospitality. This will include, but is not limited to: diary, calendar and inbox management, managing and following up on enquiries, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, greeting guests and prospects, and undertaking research
    • Project manage key deliverables for the department
    • Manage extensive travel itineraries and travel arrangements for the Hospitality department
    • Coordinate department meetings (meeting room bookings, logistics, agenda setting and note taking for all key meetings internally and externally, highlighting action points and driving follow up process)
    • Produce documents, presentations, briefing papers and background research for meetings
    • Design and compile PowerPoint presentations for the Hospitality department, commercial opportunities & partners and the Board
    • Act as an ambassador for the Club, proactively managing relationships both internally and externally. This will include some match day attendance and weekend work
    • Hold responsibility for maintaining the ‘Department Code of Conduct’ and induction of all new departmental staff (including our catering partners), imbedding key Club and Department SLAs

    • 1 – 2 years’ experience as a PA, EA or Senior Administrator to members of senior management, in a fast paced environment
    • Able to show flexibility and work out of office and unsociable hours during peak periods of business
    • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time successfully, particularly when looking after more than one senior member of staff
    • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft office skills
    • An understanding of the commercial landscape within the sport and entertainment sectors (desirable)
    • An interest in football or entertainment (desirable)
